The area of the living room can either be used as a sitting area or an extra 2 persons can be welcomed having also a third bathroom to make 6 guests feel comfortable.  You will appreciate the cozy and fully equipped fitted kitchen and definitely adore the spacious terraces next to their private pool and garden.  The villas are built with a rustic local stone at the exterior and a modern country look is kept within. They are practical for the everyday use by either a family or a couple or a group of friends giving everybody the feeling of privacy and luxury at the same time.

One of our favorite locations in Kefalonia, Paliki Peninsula that has so many things to offer to visitors, and the world know Xi Beach, is the home of these 4 fine rustic villas. They are ideally located in Mantzavinata village, one of the southernmost villages in Kefalonia, where the famous Mantzavino Wine is produced. The historic area offers many little churches and picturesque villages and neighborhoods.  A fabulous wine festival is held each August in Mantzavinata is not to be missed.
