The villa is spread in 2 levels and offers 3 double ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, with lovely verandas and patios, built BBQ and a private 5x8 swimming pool with cozy sunbeds and umbrellas. Stone and wood predominate in the décor, with the local Kefalonian element apparent in the details. 

The villa is intended for 6 people but taken together with its sister villa next door, it is ideal for 12+ groups, big families and friends. Weddings and receptions are also considered. 

Svoronata is an old traditional settlement in the area of Livathos, 8km from Argostoli and close to all the sandy organized beaches of the south. You will enjoy lots of diversity in scenery, charming cottages and colorful gardens, a variety of restaurants and bars, mini local markets and great hospitality.
