No, the villas are open from April until the end of October.
Are the prices and availability displayed on your website correct ?
Our live availability system commands always updated availability calendar and pricelist. However, as everything is online, we advise to contact us first.
How do I book & pay for my villa rental ?Our online booking system https://www.webhotelier.net/ will guide you to find the villa you want based on your arrival/ departure dates or the number of bedrooms you ask or the location you wish to stay. The system will guide you step by step and we contact you personally by email or call you for any further booking details.
For the NON REFUNDABLE RATES: FULL advance payment
For the STANDARD RATES: An advance non refundable payment equal to 15% of the rental rate is required to confirm the booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The advance payment is not a security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 DAYS before your arrival date.
Cancellation and early termination
(1a) NON REFUNDABLE RATES: advance payment and no refund
(1b) STANDARD RATES: The deposit is not refundable. You will be charged the full rental amount if you cancel within the 30 days before your arrival. The Owner can thereafter let the property to someone else.
(2) If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, rental price paid is not refundable.
(3) Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered to be date the document is received by the Advertiser. In any event or circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable and out of our control, like natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, earthquakes, wars, epidemics or diseases and generally “force majeure” issues that may cause our obligations and performance to be prevented, we cannot accept or pay any liability or compensation.
COVID- 19 UPDATE ON CANCELLATION POLICIES:
In case of proven and confirmed travel restrictions or flight cancellation because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we issue our clients and guests a credit voucher for the amount they have paid. The credit is valid for 18 months and you can reschedule your holidays either later the same year or next year. In this way you do not lose your deposit/ payments or your holidays. If within 30 days before arrival you have paid the balance but you cannot travel because of travel restrictions or flight cancellations due to the pandemic, and if you do not make use of the voucher or you do not wish to or can't reschedule, then the balance payment minus the deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the 18 months.

Is there a specific change over day ?
The changeover day is mostly flexible and subject to availability, but please refer to each property's description and availability calendar.
What time do I check in/ check out? How do I collect / leave keys of the villa?
Check in time is from 14:00pm and check out 10:00am. Of course we are in contact with our guests regarding their arrival/ departure time. A member of our team or the owner of the villa will always be at the villa to welcome you and show you around. When you check out, you just leave the keys in, the maid will be there already to collect them.
Are pets allowed?
We love them, but not all guests are charmed by them so due to hygiene reasons we cannot allow them in our rental premises.
Will there be a welcome pack when we arrive ?
Yes, all villas include fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee, fruit juice, milk, sugar, biscuits, cereals. Of course we can go shopping for you, on request.
Do the villas have wi-fi/ internet access ?
All of our villas have free wi-fi internet access.
Are the swimming pools heated?
Some of the swimming pools (please check each villa's details) are heated. This facility is included in the villa's rental price.
PLEASE NOTE: the temperature of the water will be only up to 24 degrees centigrade warm, a temperature acceptable to the human body. You will feel it warmer, but not HOT.
The Pool heating system will not operate during June, July & August, ie the warm months.
