5/5It was our second stay in Ellis Villas and we still enjoyed it very much!
This place is fantastic , quiet location , a lot of privacy ,the view is absolutely stunning, property is well looked after, Kalomoira, the property manager is very friendly. Cannot think of better place to relax 😊�

Very clean, well maintained and classy villa. Attended to daily by the maid who attended s friendly diligent and always happy to help with any questions about the villa as well as giving welcome local knowledge!

This hillside villa has a really nice, relaxed feel with beautiful views from balconies on two floors over Petani Bay. The villa is very modern and well-maintained. It is one of four villas/apartments which share the swimming pool. We really appreciated the help of Eleni, who cleans and services the villas. She was very friendly and immediately too care of any questions or problems we had.

We had a fantastic time at Ellis Villa. It is a very well maintained, attractive and spacious flat set on 2 floors, with terraces on both levels and beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed a very warm by a lady called Eleni who helped us get settled and even offered to take me to a supermarket on the night we arrived. The pool is very nice (it's shared among 4 flats in the villa). One thing to note is that a car is a must as Petani is quite a remote location, there are no shops within walking distance and a walk to (and especially from) Petani beach takes nearly 30 min.

A very high spec villa and great location

We booked this without properly researching the island and we really lucked in. The villa is lovely. The photos make the outside look good (which it is the landscaped gardens really make a difference) but inside is immaculately clean and to a very high specification. The location is ideal for exploring the island. But it's also very close to petani bay which was ideal for us (beautiful beach plus two restaurants and facilities). Amazing views. Lovely family run taverna next door. I saw lots of photos when booking but they don't do justice to this place when you arrive. Only negative... No wooden spoon/ spatula in the kitchen. Other than that for us for our holiday. Perfect.

The kind of place we want to keep for ourselves... The view is just amazing. The apartment was just perfect: kitchen fully equiped, super clean with a nice deco. Superb spot to see the sunset. We would have stayed one more week:-

Exceptionally good villa. Very high spec holiday home with beautiful garden and pool. We booked this not researching the island in detail and really lucked in. The location was great for us. Nearby beach is perfect and there is a lovely family run taverna next door. The location is an ideal base to explore the island from. The property is really well looked after. Immaculately clean both inside and out. Really comfortable beds. The view is amazing. You'll need a car but access to the best parts of the island are ideal from here.

“Wonderful time at Petani Beach Halkes Apartment”

My boyfriend and I arrived at midnight and Elena had purchased all our groceries ahead which was really helpful so we could sit outside and enjoy a cold beer on arrival! The next morning we awoke to glorious sunshine and spectacular views over Petani Bay which was beautiful. Elena could not have been a better host and she ensured we were happy at all times. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a stunning pool and outside area which we had to ourselves for 4 days unexpectedly. The area is quite remote but there is a taverna close by and the beach is either a 20 minute walk or drive, just very busy down there for parking. Elena recommended a bar in the nearest village which we went to a couple of times and the locals were really friendly and hospitable. We would recommend hiring a car which we did for 3 days as Kefalonia is perfect for exploring - Fiskardo and Anti Sami beach were highlights. The only negative was there are not enough sunbeds around the pool which was fine when we were the only residents but once more people came then this was a bit of an issue. We would highly recommend Halkes Apartments and the area around Petani Beach if you are a couple wanting a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings.
