The Olive House is the second of 3 stylish and indepentent villas complex located at the southern part of Kefalonia at the village of Minies. All three houses have been built with great care, selective materials and traditional construction techniques, with fine materials carefully chosen and combined. The kitchens have a modern and user- friendly design with all necessities, including cutlery, kitchenware, oven stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker etc, to cover all your holiday needs and make you feel like home while being abroad. The living rooms in all homes are big and have all the provisions for a pleasant and cozy stay.

The villas are located 2.5km from the airport and 6km from the capital Argostoli. They are stylish, beachfront houses, so Eglina beach is 5 minutes walk, Megali Ammos Beach is less than 10 minutes walk and Spasmata Beach is located approximately 10 -15 minutes’ walk. By car you can visit other beaches like Makris Gialos, Platis Gialos, Ammes, Avithos and Ai Helis, all 5 – 10 minutes drive around the houses.
